  • Butter.
  • Sugar.
  • Cinnamon.
  • Kosher salt

Combinations: Cream cheese, banana, nutmeg.

Pairings: Pinot Noir Red Wine, Oporto Sweet Wine, Stout Beer.

Eat within 4-5 days for optimal taste.
Store in a paper bag or breadbox in a cool and dry place to preserve its flavor & crustiness.
Do not store in the refrigerator, the bread could dry out.
You can freeze your bread for up 6 months.Wrap in a freezer bag whole or sliced.
Leave at room temperature or put in the toaster if sliced (defrost setting) to defrost your bread.
You can revive stale bread (moisten with water & put in oven 300°F for 10-15 minutes)
