I am deeply in love with the magic of sourdough. My journey with bread began as a curiosity over five years ago and evolved into a passion that nourishes both my spirit and those who enjoy my creations. Every loaf that comes out of my oven is a living masterpiece, fermented with patience, care, and a touch of creativity. With over 25 years of experience working in kitchens, it’s time to bake something truly my own!
From my kitchen in Smithfield, I explore unique flavors and organic ingredients like pistachio with cranberries, matcha, coconut, açaí, purple sweet potato, red berries, turmeric, pumpkin seeds, and more. Each loaf is a tribute to my love for blending tradition with innovation—a reflection of how I see the world: diverse, vibrant, and full of possibilities.
Baking bread isn’t just about mixing ingredients; it’s an act of love. It’s working with my hands, feeling the passage of time in every fermentation, listening to the dough, and offering the world something that nourishes not only the body but also the soul.

Simply select the bread you want, add it to your cart, and proceed withthe payment through our website. You can place your order from Thursday to Sunday, and you'll receive your bread between Monday and Wednesday.

We receive orders from Friday to Thursday at midnight for both pickup and shipping. Shipping will be on Monday of the following week.

Our sourdough bread is best enjoyed fresh, but if you want to keep it longer, you can freeze it. Just slice the bread and store it in an airtight bag. The bread can last up to 6 months in the freezer.

ingredients not only enhance flavor but also contribute to a healthier, easier-to-digest loaf.
